I know it's the butt of all jokes these days, but Duke Nukem is probably one of the best FPS games from that era just because of it's quirks. It's a game that really deserved to be fondly remembered, and not remembered because it's sequel is an overhyped piece of vaporware.

Finally.
But bad timing, I will need monies to put towards Gears 2, SVR09, World at War, and Left 4 Dead. Vigilante 8 will have to wait.

Ugh....SVR09 is ass The only games left I'm getting are L4D, W@W, Prince of Persia, and probably maybe Mirrors Edge. I'll get Red Alert 3 at some point, but not this year. Same might be said for W@W too.

You bastid. (I'm passing SVR09 too. Shh, dun tell peoples at CAG. ) Left 4 Dead is priority. World at War too is priority, as I am a Call of Duty whore. Gears 2 only makes the cut because of multiplayer and co-op. Boku looks interesting, but I think it goes beyond (Beyond!) XBLA. *ponders*

W@W is gonna slip for me mostly because, I think it's evident, I don't play those games online. LittleBigPlanet is probably the most I've played a game online ever outside of the obvious PC shooters. L4D is only making the cut because I've played it and can't not have it, it's just simply amazing fun, multiplayer or not

Anyone getting R-Type Dimensions?

I played the demo, and I REALLY want to buy the whole game. But 1200 points seems like a lot. If they don't announce something super rad amazing for Rock Band tomorrow, I'm buying it tomorrow. If you get it Alex, we're gonna have to Co-op. Sooner or later I'm going to have to buy it, it just looks too good.

It's definitely pricey but I'm an R-Type junkie and it's worth it to me for the co-op alone.

Fuck it, I'm probably just going to buy it tonight and pick up an XBLA and PSN points card tomorrow after work.

Most of the advanced levels are fucking impossible. And look at the leaderboards on some of those levels.

Honestly I would steer clear of Super Street Fighter II HD Turbo With Optional Sunroof unless you like getting your ass handed to you over and over again. I'm not even sure if I ever won a game. It looks beautiful, but it's incredibly hard and frustrating.

It doesn't help that the 360 controller is the WORST controller for fighting games. It's a great game, and I really like it, but absolutely hate playing it on the 360.
