I has me a feelin' Sackboy is going to be a cultural phenomenon and that there are going to be billions of plush sackboys available after his game comes out.

I came here to post that link, actually. There's a shitload of codes. Knowing my luck with this thing so far I'll wind up with the short end of the stick.
The beta ends in a couple days if I recall.

Kick friggin' ass. I just traded my RB code for the LBP code with some guy on the PS Blog. He sent one out for free to some guy prior so I assume he's for real.

My home pod is already adorned with pictures of my two pups. It's sort of a shame all this is going to just disappear on Saturday. I hope they have the insight to maybe save some of the levels, some of them are just amazing. Like the calculator. It's a fucking WORKING calculator.

I don't know what a home pod is, but I want to also decorate it with pictures of my doggles. Oh! And some nice fellow gave me a LBP beta code! Guess what I'll be doing all night/week after I shower? AND I ADDED YOU JJ SAW YOU ONLINE Gonna scrub now. Let the download download.

The home pod is sort of like the menu system where you select where you want to go. It's shaped like a little cardboard space ship.

Do you need the Eye cam to put pictures in game or can it be any jpegs already on the system?
The download should be finished in a few hours.

So far, so good. In fact, I think it's not hyperbole when I say it's great if not incredible or amazing. I chuckled like a little boy playing with Sackboy's animation controls. I made him rub his ass on the ground like a doggie. It was hilarious.

The three planes of movement can get irritating at times, but overall it's one of the best experiences I've had with a game this year. I like how the facial expressions have tiers. Up once is a smile, up twice is a grin, and up three times it's a big doofy tongue-hanging-out shit eating grin. Plus you can bitch slap hoes.

I was actually surprised how easy the plane movement is. I thought it would be choppy but it's impressively fluid. :-)
I also like the facial expressions. My little guy is at a nice, neutral smile. :-) <---
And the physics impress me. A lot.

Some levels, depending on how the layers are used, can get frustrating with the plane movement, since you'll find yourself in a little hole that was cut into the platform that was only there for decoration or right back onto a platform you just jumped off of.
They also make wonderful use of the Dual Shock. I like the little tiny jostle you feel when you jump over something thats electrified.

There's a lot of detail in just this beta. The little animations and things just add up to enhance the experience.

I played it for 4 straight hours. The Shadow of the Colossus level and the Sonic one were so unbelievably cool. There's also a really awesome Metal Gear one that goes until the snowfield where you fight Vulcan Raven.
I'm still trying to figure out a few things but this is definitely going to be a game I spend loads of time in.
The music levels are so awesome! I did one with the Metal Gear theme and another with Sweet Child Of Mine.
