I've seriously thought about giving my nephew an Atari 2600 along with a copy of E.T. just to see his reaction.

It's why I bought Persona 3. I saw Persona 4 and thought "HOLY SHIT! I never bought or played Persona 3!"

I love Shenmue but it usually puts me to sleep every time I try to start a new game, then I just end up forgetting about it for a couple of years. I bought Sega Superstars Tennis.

Sega Superstar Tennis is a competent tennis game. Sure beats Virtua Tennis 3.

I bought Super Mario Strikers 2 yesterday and I am having a blast playing it. I totally forgot I have that game. It really is a lot of fun.

It's kind of sad that it's Nintendo's best example of online mulitplayer gaming.

It's kind of sad that it's Nintendo's best example of online mulitplayer gaming. Ya know, if Nintendo had a mic that you could use with Mario Kart online then i would play it a lot more then i do.

I BOUGHT A 360!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried on-line at the Future Shop website for 45 minutes and it finally worked. In total, it cost me a little over $300 (shipping and tax included) and it comes with Lego Indy, Kung Fu Panda, Halo 3 and Stranglehold.

Sure it probably sucks, but it's on sale for only $19.99 on Amazon.ca and I can only play Fire Pro Returns for so long before I need to play a 3D wrestling game.

Meh, it's only $20. I have last year's Smackdown and I only played it for like a half hour. At least I have no expectations for this game.

That means you'll actually like the game. I like setting the bar REALLY low for people.

I was thinking of getting that from Amazon as well. What did you think of it? Anyone get Smackdown vs Raw 2009? It's been a long time since I've bought/played a wrestling game (S vs R 2005 actually ).

'09 is the best version of Smackdown they've made in a while. It's not exactly a glowing compliment, but the games grown on me and isn't that bad really. It's just, the way the matches play out are usually always the same. Nothing ever feels like you haven't done this before or feels all that difficult. I'm sort of glad that it seems like THQ might not be making them anymore. Wrestling games in the US need a serious reboot.
And WWE Legends of Wrestlmania isn't sounding too promising either...

I played Impact for five minutes, then took it out to play more SDvR09. I may do Cena's RTWM Thursday, just to unlock the Tribute to the Troops arena.

It's been a long time since I've bought/played a wrestling game (S vs R 2005 actually ). I have to wait for it to arrive so I haven't even had a chance to play it. I almost bought Smackdown about a month ago because I was getting a free game from Toys R Us. Without the Legends though the Smackdown games don't interest me at all.

After playing S v R 2005 for about two weeks, I realized it was the same shit as the year before and I stopped buying games all together. I'm wondering if I maybe buy one with the Xbox and play it before the novelty wears off, I may enjoy it. What's wrong with Legends J.J.?
