Urkel sure gets a lot of real estate on the cover considering he doesn't even make an appearance until half way through the season.

If you guys have a Big Lots nearby, I recommend checking them out for DVD's. We got new copies of Pee Wee's Big Adventure, Unforgiven, Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, and Young Guns II for 3 bucks a pop.

I'm assuming Goodbye Solo doesn't involve the five-star Mario Van Peebles flick.

Thanks for making me feel uncomfortable by plopping you down at the checkouts today, Wild Things: Foursome.
I also picked up The Runaways, Defendor (I've seen both on the shelves dozens of times...just not on DVD), and GI Joe: The Movie.

Trekked over to Walmart and finally purchased The Meaning of Life (five bucks) and Flash Gordon (AH-AAAH!). On a whim, I went to the Dollar General down the road and happened upon what is now the crown jewel of my DVD collection...
...ROAD HOUSE 2!

Got EVERY episode of the original Speed Racer for fifteen bucks. Sure, it would've been better if it were in the Mach 5 packaging, but I'll live.

I have every volume of the original DVD releases (Tire packaging, sound effect packaging, mini license plates, metal steering wheel tin, toy car, all of it) AND the Mach 5 set.

I have one of the tin volumes around here somewhere, but this was a more affordable choice to get all of them.

The reverse side looks just as awful, but hey, as long as it's the actual movie, I don't care. Yellow Submarine is on its way! I would've ordered Let It Be, as well, but the cheapest price on Amazon is fifty bucks.

Let It Be is something that keeps getting its re-release sidelined because nobody wants it out there and all you can get is bootlegs now.
