Well it's true, regardless of my political affiliations, whoever got elected was just going to maintain the status quo for four years until we all pretend like it hasn't been so bad, make excuses like "Well, they had a lot of shit to shovel" and then elect or re-elect another president. It's a buzzkill, but it's true, I'd have said the same thing if McCain had won, and I'm a republican. The only elections that matter this set are on the private sector, who your governor, congressmen and other representatives are.

I turned the tv on and saw the news, it made me smile. BUT if for some reason he allows Americans to go to Cuba, I'll be pissed. No offense guys.

We've been fine without Cuban imports and exports for 40 years. I think we'll be fine without them.

In Cuba, it's very easy to tell where the tourists are from. A happy, polite drunk is a Canuck and a European is a rude drunk whom always cuts in front of you in lines and wears a speedo on the beach regardless of weight. Americans being there would just screw it up. I read that the Cubans love Barack so they obviously expect some changes to occur. If for some reason you guys get Cuban beer there, I'm moving to the US.

Well I don't care at all nor ever could care about politics more after this election but I have to say I would like Obama more if I didn't have to go through the halls of my school today and hear "OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA, BARACK OBAMA" from like all the blacks in my school and that may be racist and such but really I don't care if I am or not if I have to hear that all day long, and it doesn't help either that the people in my homeroom are either stupid or black so it's all pro-democrat in there so I had to hear "YAY MR.OBAMA" all day, I really hoped just for the sake of my mental state that McCain would win so I could just have one day maybe of not hearing about them.
