Anyone have any planned? I need to lose some weight. Also I want to read at least 10 novels within the next year.

I don't bother making any because I never follow through with them. I'm starting my diet back up right after New Year's though.

I'd say pretty much graduate on time.

I'm going to get a modest writing career started. Then, when I start to fail miserably I'll turn to the church. I'll get so angry I'll kick the priest in his nuts, point to the heavens and shout "You're Next, Old Man!"

I'd say pretty much graduate on time. I think that was the last resolution I actually stuck to, 10 years ago. And none of you actually made resolutions involving video games, I'm so proud.

I've never done the whole New Year's Resolution thing to be honest. I guess I would just say that I'm going to stick doing the Weight Watchers thing with my family. I'm down about 20 pounds so far and there is still a lot more of me to go.

I don't believe in New Years Resolutions, if I want to do something to better myself or whatever, I will just do it. I don't need a new year to whip me into shape.

- Quit drinking. Yeah, this ones gonna be hard, since I've basically been an alcoholic for 11 years or so. I just feel better when I don't drink, and I find myself looking slimmer in the face especially when I lay off booze for a week or so.
- Continue losing weight... I probably have about 20-30 lbs to drop depending on how emactiated I wish to look.
- Get a real band off the ground. I've been knocking around with a few gigs with my friend a guitar player, but I want a full band, preferably a 4 or 5 man ensemble going, and playing gigs by years end.
- Start my own business. I have a few ideas, but need the finances to get them off the ground.
- Take several city exams... looking into trying for the fire and police departments. Something I've always wanted to do.
Depending on my own situation, and my finances, I'm considering proposing to my girlfriend, but that wouldn't come until very late in the year. Don't want to sound selfish, but I have to take care of myself first.

Go to many gigs, go out more, exercise more, and have a better year than this one

I came a long way this year, and I'm looking forward to building on that in 09.

Cut down on take away foods, like dominoes and currys and chips ( fries ) and stuff like that, turning my skin back to shit after working hard to get it back.
