I absolutely don't like it. I had zero fun. I only played one round, but ugh....

It reminds me of Lost Planet, which is more of a detriment than compliment. Why can't I focus my gun? Also, the pop art style splash updates get lost during gameplay. Bad Company handles that better.
Oh, and holy fuck, what am I supposed to be doing?!

There is a "zoom in" but it's worthless, especially with the weaponry. What the hell is that saw blade thing? It's a stupid weapon and don't want it as my default. Is there more than one map? Because I've only played the game once so far.

Man, these people can turn their hips around like they're Gumby, or something.

I was trapped in a building as some guy used the Rhino.

That saw gun is pretty neat, but one would figure the person would be cut in half if hit by it.

I was trapped in a building as some guy used the Rhino. Where is the destructibility of the environment? I'm not feeling it. I can't destroy anything.

The map I was on just had buildings and metal strutures you could destroy. This isn't a Red Faction game. In Red Faction, I could shoot a hole through the terrain and go through a locked door that way. This, you can't even put a bullet hole into the rocks.

Yeah, only the sledgehammer does anything to the environment, which stinks. Not even the saw gun affects things. And while one could decimate a building down to rubble, for Red Faction's gameplay, I don't see how that would be helpful. Sure, it's there, but it seems more strategic to just run around and shoot someone than destroy the wall between you two. Of course, this is because this game plays like Lost Planet. If it were more tactical, the destructibility would be put to better use.

If I didn't know any better, I'd just assume they threw the Red Faction name on this game just to sell copies, since this plays NOTHING like earlier games. Hell, it's even fucking third person.

Yeah, I really am not fond of third-person shooters. Shit, I don't even really like Gears of War. I had to force myself to complete the campaign mode. If so many people didn't play the multiplayer, I would pass.

I LOVE 3rd person shooters/action games. I still count down the days until Remedy finally brings me Max Payne 3

Well, I like the Resident Evil series, and MDK (I generally tend to like post-apocalyptic games), but that's more because the gameplay makes the third-person perspective tolerable. I guess the horrible cameras in the latest Grand Theft Auto and Ninja Gaiden games have just soured me on the perspective.
