If they bring back the tanooki suit, I will mail each and every employee of Nintendo of Japan a Christmas card or whatever the fuck they celebrate in December every year for the rest of my life.

Mario Galaxy is one of those rare games that you know is going to bring so much joy to yourself and many other people. Just looking at it...it has so much character. I love games like this. I have a good feeling about it.

Cut Scenes...Mario?

Super Mario Sunshine had cut scenes... really shitty cut scenes, but it had them. You know what, I think I'd just prefer to forget about Sunshine altogether.

Bowser was a pussy in Sunshine. and his voice annoyed me.

I hated Bowser Jr... he was cute and all, but he was NO Koopa Kid. It annoys me how Nintendo just pretends the Koopa Kids never even existed.

I hated the whole, bowser jr and bowser in the bath in the sky at the end. sucked. I must say, the first level of sunshine was quite fun though, hated the rest, expecially the fucking hotel.

I absolutely loved that one beach level with the big mirrors. The big waterfall level was neat, too. I didn't care much for the Bowser battle myself.

You know what would rock socks? If they put in a deep secret planet with a bunch of classic Mario levels turned 3D.

Mario Galaxy is easily my most anticipated game of the year. Seeing that bee suit makes me think one thing, Mario Bros 3! I've watched the game play videos multiple times and it looks like they really made great use of the Wii controls. I remember seeing Mario 64 for the first time while looking at the controller and being kind of intimidated, but it ended up working out fantastically and I couldn't imagine playing that game any other way, so I'm eager to encounter that again with the Wiimote.

I hope this means we'll be seeing some old-school Mario power-ups. I was disappointed that we didn't get that many in Sunshine (there were power-ups, just not in the traditional Mario sense).

I'm going to be really pissed if they don't have power-ups in this. That was the most important aspect of the gameplay in the original games, and I felt Mario 64 and Sunshine suffered because of the lack of them. Mario 64 had the caps, but they just felt tacked on. Sunshine had the water pack, but that wasn't enough. I mean, at least the original Super Mario Bros. had the mushroom, the fire flower, and the invincibility star. Sunshine was just like a step backwards after all the cool crap we had in Super Mario Bros. 3. There should've at least been a fire pack or something like that. And the beach setting was stupid. Also, Yoshi was fucking useless. I'm done now.

Apparently, the fire flower is going to return in Galaxy!

Maybe the Koopa Kids will return too, like they did in NEW Super Mario Bros....

It's funny, and kinda sad, how loyal I am to Nintendo, even though they just lie about pretty much everything.

I like how Nintendo fans are always so loyal. Nintendo really does treat us like shit if you think about it.

I was listening to the IGN Wii-k in review podcast today and they hinted that Mario Kart Wii may be less of a hardcore game then you'd expect.

I have a feeling it's gonna be little like Mario Kart 64 and be more like the original or something.
